From Your Image to Your Custom Canvas

Email Us Your Image
Send us the highest-resolution version of your image. Tell us whether you prefer round or square drills and point out any details that are especially important to you.

We Request Your Computer Render
We submit your image for an initial computer render so we can see how it will translate into diamond painting.

Your Recommended Size Comes Back
The completed computer render comes back with the recommended canvas dimensions for the image.

Receive Three Quotes
We share the computer render, recommended size and pricing for Computer Render, MDD Select and MDD Complete.

Choose Your Canvas
Compare the three rendering options and select the version that fits your vision and budget. Nothing moves into production until you approve the size, rendering option and price.

We Create and Deliver It
After approval and purchase, your custom canvas moves into rendering and production. Please allow approximately 8 to 12 weeks for your completed custom order to arrive. Tracking information is emailed when your canvas ships.

The entire canvas is worked through by a professional designer for our highest level of hand-rendered detail.

Send it anyway. You do not need to make that decision alone. We will submit your image for an initial computer render and let you know what size will produce the best result.

Custom canvases require additional rendering, approval and production time. After you approve your rendering option and complete your purchase, please allow approximately 8 to 12 weeks for your completed custom order to arrive.
One important detail
You must own the image or have permission from its copyright holder to reproduce it. MDD cannot create custom canvases using protected characters, artwork or photography without appropriate permission.
