Returns & Refunds Policy

At MDD Ltd, we want you to love your diamond painting kits. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.  Our team is committed to ensuring you have a positive experience and enjoy every canvas you create.

 

Returns/Cancellations

Our canvases are custom-produced and drop ship directly from our manufacturing partners.  As such, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once an order has been placed.

If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or with missing components, please contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Refunds

Refunds are offered only in cases where we cannot provide a replacement.  

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Replacements

For lost, damaged, or defective kits, please email us at mddltdcs@outlook.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).

We will work with our manufacturer to verify the issue and send a replacement shipment within the regular 2 to 6 week delivery timeframe.
