About Diamond Painting

What is diamond painting?

Diamond painting is a relaxing craft where you place tiny resin “diamonds” (called drills) onto a coded canvas to create a sparkling mosaic artwork.

What’s the difference between square and round drills?

Square drills are 2.5 mm and snap together neatly, creating sharp, detailed images.

Round drills are 2.8 mm, easier to place, and give a softer look with more sparkle. 

Are your kits full drill or partial drill?

All of our kits are full drill unless specifically noted, meaning the entire canvas is covered with diamonds.

Do you include everything I need?

Yes! Each kit includes a premium printed canvas, drills (resin square and resin composite rounds diamonds), applicator pen, tray, and wax.

Where do your kits ship from?

All kits are drop shipped directly from our overseas manufacturer.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 2–6 weeks after being placed, depending on processing time, destination, and carrier conditions.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Do I have to pay customs or duties?

What if my order is lost or damaged?

In the unlikely event your order is lost or damaged, please email us at mddltdcs@outlook.com. We’ll work directly with our manufacturing partner to resolve the issue and send a replacement within the normal 2–6 week timeframe.

Do you accept returns?
Because each kit is made to order and produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection.

What if something is wrong with my order?
If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, we will replace the affected item or make it right at no additional cost. Please contact us at mddltdcs@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist promptly.

Refunds & processing time:
In cases where a replacement is not possible, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved.

Who are your artists?

We collaborate with talented artists from around the world, bringing unique styles and stories to every canvas.

Do you use AI artwork?

Yes, but always thoughtfully and in collaboration with artists. Every image we release is reviewed, licensed, and carefully chosen to bring variety and creativity to our community.

How can I share my progress?
